Changzhou Zhongjin Sunshine disabled Service Center, located at No. 2 Guanghua Road, was officially established on August 21, 2015. The center is a private non-enterprise public service organization approved by the Civil Affairs Bureau, supported by Changzhou disabled Persons' Federation, funded by Changzhou Zhongjin Medical equipment Co., Ltd., with Ms. Dai Jinnu as the legal representative. The company has 12 employees, of which 10 are disabled, and the employment and placement of disabled people reaches 83.33%. The main categories of disabled people are physical, hearing and visual disabilities. The center pays better wages to all disabled employees and pays social insurance. Therefore, it is recognized as the "concentrated employment base for the disabled" by the Municipal disabled Persons' Federation.

The center is an e-commerce platform, through Taobao, Tmall and other Internet +, to provide and sell a variety of wheelchairs, crutches, multi-functional nursing beds, traction beds, air cushion beds, sphygmomanometers, blood glucose meters, magic lamps, oxygen machines, toilets and other household aids and various rehabilitation appliances, as well as various rehabilitation and psychological counseling services for the above two types of people.

In order to build an employment platform for the disabled in our city and increase the white-collar jobs for the disabled, the center envisions that over a period of 5-10 years, it will recruit and solve the employment difficulties of 100 people in this city, the whole province and even the whole country and the employment problem of the unemployed disabled persons, and gradually develop into a large-scale e-commerce network platform for the 100-person project, so that the disabled can realize their dream of high-tech employment.
